* *Financial & Payment Data:* Bank account or billing details required for plan managers or NDIA claim processing.

We collect information directly from you (the participant) or your authorized representative during the intake process, support planning, service delivery, or through our website forms. With your informed consent, we may also collect information from third parties, such as external health professionals, Support Coordinators, or the NDIA.

* Planning, delivering, and managing your NDIS supports.

* Processing invoices and claiming funds via the NDIS portal or Plan Managers.
