Welcome to Lifetime Community Care
Lifetime Community Care is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering safe, high‑quality and person‑centred support. We provide round‑the‑clock assistance — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — to ensure participants always have access to reliable, compassionate care, including after‑hours support when it’s needed most.
Our services are available to individuals aged 7 to 65, and we proudly support people of all backgrounds, cultures, genders and sexualities. Every participant is treated with respect, dignity and choice, in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards.
We work closely with participants, families, OTs, BSPs, plan managers and support coordinators to deliver personalised supports that promote independence, wellbeing and meaningful outcomes.
